WSC offers introductory, intermediate, and advanced level training courses for 3KEYMASTER simulation software and modeling tools, 3KEYRELAP5, and 3KEYITS. The courses are focused on familiarizing the particpants with creating and maintaining the simulation software and models. In 2020, WSC has completed the following training courses for these projects:

Bruce Power

In July 2020, WSC completed training on the 3KEYMASTER Interface Task with Mark VIe Virtual Controllers. Training included building a sample project and interfacing with the virtual controllers.

Idaho National Laboratory (INL)

WSC completed introductory training to INL on the 3KEYMASTER simulation platform and the FlowBase hydraulic network modeling tool, which included building a complete process and control model of a Diesel Oil system.

Arizona Public Service (APS)

WSC provided the RELAP5/3KEYRELAP5 Comprehensive Course to APS, which included interfaces with the 3KeyMaster executive system and using the Flowbase hydraulic network modeling tool. The course covered:

- RELAP5-3D code overview

- execution procedure

- physical models

- numerical solution and constitutive models

In addition to the courses noted above, WSC offers additional Instructor training, in-depth training for the Simulation Engineer who develops, debugs, integrates, and maintains models and builds new objects, how to use 3KEYRELAP5 with MELCOR/MAAP, and RELAP5-3D Modeling. WSC training courses usually involve a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on training and all courseware material and instruction are provided by WSC.
